I've spent years inside advanced manufacturing, architecture, and construction companies in the US — hands-on with large-scale robotic fabrication, CNC machining, 3D printing, and custom production workflows. That experience naturally led me into automation: systematizing the repetitive work, whether on the shop floor or on a screen, so people could focus on what actually requires judgment. Over time, that focus expanded into the office — working closely with management, estimating, and accounting teams to help them collect and surface the right information faster. Not to replace their decisions, but to make those decisions less dependent on memory, habits, and whoever happened to be in the room. I've seen what a company loses when a senior estimator walks out the door. I know how much time disappears into coordinating a complex project across departments with no shared system.

我在美國先進製造、建築與建設產業工作多年——從大型機械手臂製造、CNC 加工、3D 列印，到客製化生產流程，都有第一手經驗。在這個過程中，我逐漸接觸到自動化的可能性：把電腦或現場中重複性的工作系統化，讓人可以專注在真正需要判斷的事情上。後來，這個關注點延伸到辦公室部門——與管理、估價、會計團隊密切合作，幫他們更快蒐集與呈現關鍵資訊，讓公司做決策時不再依賴記憶和直覺。我知道一個資深估價師離職時，公司會失去什麼；也知道在沒有共用系統的情況下，跨部門協調一個複雜專案需要消耗多少時間與精力。

Growing up in Taiwan gave me a foundation in manufacturing precision and process discipline. Working in the US showed me how these industries operate at scale — and where the real gaps are. I work at the intersection of both.

在台灣成長的背景，讓我對製造業的精度要求與流程紀律有紮實的認識；在美國的工作經驗，讓我看見這些產業如何在不同規模下運作——以及哪裡存在真正的落差。我在兩種視角的交界點上工作。
